- Auto-ack. You'll get an automatic confirmation within 10 minutes of sending, even on the off-hours.
- Routing. A human triages your message and forwards it to the right desk within 1 business day.
- Reply. The desk lead replies directly. If you do not hear back within 7 business days, ping us again — sometimes mail gets lost.
Before You Write
A few things that will get you a faster answer:
- Use the subject tags above — they are the single biggest factor in our routing speed.
- Include a link and a screenshot when reporting a site bug.
- Quote the article URL and timestamp when sending a correction.
- For takedown notices, include the URL, the rights-holder identity, and a one-paragraph justification.
Office Hours
We are a distributed crew across UTC-5 to UTC+9. The shared "always-on" window is 14:00–22:00 UTC, where you can usually expect same-day response. Outside of that window, you will still get the auto-ack within 10 minutes.
Physical Mail
For legal notices that must be sent by registered post, write to support@poki.love with subject POSTAL ADDRESS and we will reply with our registered office. (Yes, this is intentional; we run a digital-first operation and only publish a postal address on need-to-know basis to avoid junk mail.)
